Johann Pachelbel, zeneszerző, orgonista a 17. századi német barokk zene egyik legjelentősebb orgonistája, zeneszerzője. Leghíresebb műve a "Kánon D dúrban" tartalmaz egy speciális szekvenciát, amelyet széles körben tanítanak - és "használnak".
